Fitness Challenges in Pollards Hill

Try these fitness challenges to increase your daily steps, get fit, inspire your personal training programme or train up for an upcoming race. These challenges have been tested as jogging routes, but can be walked or cycled too.

Using the guide below, you can choose to do these challenges with no smartphone,

an offline smartphone access or an online smartphone with data.

No-Tech Option

If you're a technophobe or don't have a smartphone, you can learn these challenges at the physical map installed at the Information Point at the Bus Shelter on South Lodge Avenue

Offline Smartphone Option

If you have a smartphone but no mobile data, you can make map stills on your phone to take with you instead.

Once these routes have been completed enough times, they'll be unlocked onto the free-to-access Strava Segments Map and create local competition leaderboards!
